When you join you will meet with our fitness professionals to determine your current fitness level by participating in a Personal Fitness Evaluation. Then we'll discuss goal-setting and design a structured exercise program to meet your specific needs and goals. Our exercise specialists will take you through a training session to instruct you on proper exercise techniques. Re-evaluations are completed every three months to track your progress and see if there is a need to make changes for continued improvement. Michael's School of Tang Soo Do

Tang Soo Do

Michael's School of Tang Soo Do teaches the Korean style of karate which is the method of empty hand and foot fighting based on the use of the body in self defense. Training in Tang Soo Do stresses the development of individual character, integrity, and respect for others. Tang Soo Do teaches us that through consistent training, we will become the very best - physically, mentally, and spiritually, by focusing on the body, mind, and spirit.

  • Body - Physical conditioning, emphasizing muscle tone, weight control, and cardiovascular fitness.
  • Mind - Improved concentration, self discipline, focus, and stress reduction.
  • Spirit - Confidence, self-esteem, and peach of mind.

Instructors are Black Belts and trained by Master Michael. Mixed age classes are offered, Thursdays, 6:30 PM - 8:00 PM, and Saturdays, 10:30 AM - 12:00 PM (Noon).
