(PRESS ENTERPRISE | Saturday, February 24, 2007)
BLOOMSBURG - Bloom Health & Fitness just celebrated its lO-year anniversary in January, and the staff extends a heartfelt thank-you to all their loyal patrons. The members of their extended "fitness family" are very important to owner Bob Groshek and his entire staff.
Since Bob and wife Kristie took over the business in December 1996, their main focus has been to provide an environment where people of all ages and fitness levels can work on their health and fitness needs in a friendly, relaxed, comfortable environment. Though the goals and interests of the patrons may vary, one thing that remains constant is the desire of the staff to help each member make changes to improve the quality oftheir life!
Bloom Health & Fitness is a 12,OOO-square-foot facility with state-of-the-art Life Fitness cardio equipment and matrix selectorized machines. There is a large free weight area, as well as racquetball, tanning and aerobics. The locker rooms are equipped with many amenities, and each one has a sauna.
