Members like family at Bloom Health & Fitness

BLOOMSBURG - Bloom Health & Fitness, 1150 Old Berwick Road in Bloomsburg, has been voted the Best Gym in town by Press Enterprise readers. The fitness center has been at this location since its inception in December 1996.

Bob Groshek and his wife Kristie founded Bloom Health & Fitness and, over the years, have found their members to be like a large extended family.

"It is a very big honor to be voted the best by Press Enterprise readers," said Groshek, "We feel blessed by our dedicated staff and loyal patrons."

Best of the BestThe Grosheks feel the friendly atmosphere and knowledgeable staff were the reasons for the many votes they received. They strive to make everyone's experience at Bloom Health & Fitness a positive and enjoyable one.

The Grosheks feel the most rewarding part of their business is sitting down with a new member who is overweight, unhealthy, lacking confidence and desperate for help and being able to give them hope by making them feel comfortable. They then design a fitness program that gives them results. A year later, that member's life has completely changed for the better.

Seeing them thinner, healthier, happier and more confident, "It just doesn't get any better than that," said Groshek.

"The staff works hard to make sure that the needs and interests of each member are met so that the goals they set will be long lasting - and life changing," said Groshek. "It has been an absolute pleasure to work with so many people on their health and fitness needs over the years."
